Jon Pinnock’s Debut Collection Published

November 22, 2012   Joe Melia

Congratulations to Jon Pinnock who has just had his debut collection of short stories published by Salt. ‘Dot, Dash’ contains 58 stories, very short pieces of fiction (Dot) dovetailing with longer stories(Dash). The collection was the winner of last year’s Scott Prize. ‘Dot, Dash’, which features ‘rZr and Napoleon’ which was shortlisted for the 2010 Bristol Short Story Prize, has been receiving great reviews – Scott Pack on meandmyshortstories says it “has all the makings of a bit of a modern classic” and Vanessa Gebbie claims “Jon Pinnock is Roald Dahl’s natural successor.” We wish Jon every success with the book.
