Delivery
We do not charge for the delivery of any of the books we sell from our website, delivery is free of charge to all addresses worldwide. We use Royal Mail to deliver our books. UK customers should, usually, receive their book orders within 3 to 4 working days after placing an order. Non-UK customers should, usually, receive their orders within 10 working days after placing an order. If you experience any problem with an order you have placed then please do not hesitate to contact us. If you have not received your order within 21 working days of placing it, please contact us.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel any order you have placed with us within 5 working days after you have received the order, and return the book(s) within 30 days. Please repack the book(s) not wanted and send them together with the invoice number and reason for returning to the address found on the invoice- Bristol Short Story Prize, Unit 5.16, Paintworks, Bath Road, Bristol BS4 3EH.
All goods must be in resaleable condition. Returns by post are made at your own risk and at your own expense. Returns will be credited to you within 30 days after the date of cancellation.
Refund/Exchange
We will exchange or refund any book that you are not satisfied with or any book that is damaged or incorrectly sent, within 30 days from your receipt of your order. Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of your order so that we can deal with the problem in an efficient manner. We aim to reply within 48 hours. We will request a proof of purchase from you. This does not affect your statutory rights. We will refund the cost of postage to any customer who has to send back a faulty or damaged book(s) or who returns a book(s) they did not order.
